Pecket Well Mill, Hebden Bridge

This award winning development of individual houses and apartments is situated on a south-west facing hillside in the Pennine village of Pecket Well less than two miles from the vibrant town of Hebden Bridge.

The historic grade II listed mill complex enjoys magnificent views over open countryside towards the National Trust woodland of Hardcastle Crags, the ancient village of Heptonstall and Stoodley Pike.

The evolution of the mill since 1857 has created a fascinating range of different elements including the multi-storey mill building adjacent to the western millpond, the engine house, weaving shed, old coach house, mill chimney and two weavers’ cottages.

Phase One - COMPLETE

Phase One saw the conversion of the Main Mill into seven individual apartments, The Engine House into a unique three bedroom dwelling and Bobbin Cottage was transformed from a dilapidated former cottages into a beautiful home.
